Can I track bulk document signing?
Yes. SignNXT shows the status of every document sent in a campaign — sent, viewed, and signed — with per-recipient timestamps.
Are documents tracked individually when sent in bulk?
Yes. Each recipient receives and signs their own document, tracked separately even when sent as part of one mail-merge campaign.
Which plan includes mail merge?

Can I save recipient lists and reuse them?

Can I export all the responses my signers gave?
Yes. Every value your signers entered — form fields and merge fields — is gathered into a Filled Form Values table for the whole campaign and exportable to CSV in one click. You can also download every signed PDF (or every Certificate of Completion) as a single ZIP.
What happens if I try to send to someone on the bounce list?
The campaign wizard runs a pre-send suppression check and warns you about any recipients on the bounce or complaint suppression list before sending. You can choose to skip them or update your list.
