Do you charge per document or per envelope?

No. SignNXT uses flat per-user pricing for regular document sending — you never pay per document, per envelope, or per signature. Bulk sending is available on the Professional plan with daily sending limits.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Sign up and get the full platform for 7 days (feature-complete, with fair-use limits during the trial). When the trial ends your selected plan begins, unless you cancel before then.

What is the difference between Starter and Professional?

Starter ($10 / user / month) covers core e-signing with unlimited documents and signers — and now includes AI Auto-Detect (the AI places fields on uploaded PDFs) and the Document Status & Aging report. Is AI Auto-Detect on every plan?

Yes. AI Auto-Detect fields is included on every SignNXT plan, Starter included, with a fair-use cap of 50 PDFs per workspace per day. Template-based features — AI Auto-Detect Roles and smart merge fields — sit on the Professional plan because they're used with templates and mail merge.

Are Reports included on Starter?

Yes. The Document Status & Aging report and the Email Log report are both on every plan, Starter included — with no add-on fee.

Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Upgrade or downgrade anytime (changes are prorated), and if you cancel you keep access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?
