Creating Your Account

Getting started with SignNXT is quick and easy. In just a few minutes, you'll have your account set up and be ready to send your first document for signature.

Step-by-Step Account Creation

Visit the SignNXT Signup Page

Go to app.signnxt.com/signup or click the "Start Free Trial" button on the SignNXT website. You'll see the "Try SignNXT for Free" page.

Enter Your Work Email

On the "Try SignNXT for Free" page, enter your work email address in the email field and click the button to proceed to the registration form.

Complete Your Account Details

Fill in the registration form with the following information:

Email
Pre-filled from previous step
Full Name
Your first and last name
Company Name
Your organization name
Country
Select your country
Password
Minimum 8 characters
Password Security

Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters for maximum security.

Fill in your details to create your account

Click "Create Account" to proceed.

Verify Your Email

After submitting the form, check your email inbox for a verification message from SignNXT.

Look for an email with subject "Verify Your SignNXT Account"
Click the verification link in the email
This confirms your email address and activates your account
Didn't Receive the Email?

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, click "Resend Verification Email" on the login page.

You won't be able to access your dashboard until your email is verified.

Set Up Your Workspace

Once verified and logged in, you can customize your workspace and profile settings by navigating to Settings from the sidebar menu.

Workspace Details

Access from Settings → Workspace tab:

  • Edit your workspace name
  • Manage workspace settings

Profile Information

Access from Settings → Profile tab:

  • Edit your full name
  • Change your password

Your account is now ready! You can start sending documents immediately during your 7-day free trial.

You'll be redirected to your dashboard where you can:

What Happens After Trial?

After 7 days, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using SignNXT. Your account will be locked until you select a subscription plan. We keep your account and documents safe for 14 days after the trial ends. If you don't subscribe within this period, your account and all documents will be permanently deleted.

Common Issues & Solutions

Email Not Received?

1.Check spam/junk folder - Verification emails sometimes end up there
2.Wait a few minutes - Email delivery can take 2-5 minutes
3.Check email address - Make sure you entered it correctly
4.Resend verification - Click "Resend Email" on the login page

Verification Link Expired?

Verification links expire after 24 hours for security. If yours expired:

1.Go to the login page
2.Click "Resend Verification Email"
3.Enter your email address
4.Check for new verification email

Can't Log In?

Verify your email address first
Check that Caps Lock is off
Try resetting your password
Clear browser cache and cookies

Choosing a Workspace Name

Your workspace name appears on:

  • Email notifications to signers
  • Certificates of completion
  • Team member invitations

Best practice: Use your company name and keep it professional

Profile Information

Your profile name appears on:
