Creating Your Account
Getting started with SignNXT is quick and easy. In just a few minutes, you'll have your account set up and be ready to send your first document for signature.
All new accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access to Professional plan features. No credit card required to start!
Before You Start
Step-by-Step Account Creation
Visit the SignNXT Signup Page
Go to app.signnxt.com/signup or click the "Start Free Trial" button on the SignNXT website. You'll see the "Try SignNXT for Free" page.

Enter Your Work Email
On the "Try SignNXT for Free" page, enter your work email address in the email field and click the button to proceed to the registration form.
Complete Your Account Details
Fill in the registration form with the following information:
Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters for maximum security.
Fill in your details to create your account
Click "Create Account" to proceed.
Verify Your Email
After submitting the form, check your email inbox for a verification message from SignNXT.
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, click "Resend Verification Email" on the login page.
You won't be able to access your dashboard until your email is verified.
Set Up Your Workspace
Once verified and logged in, you can customize your workspace and profile settings by navigating to Settings from the sidebar menu.
Workspace Details
Access from Settings → Workspace tab:
- ✓Edit your workspace name
- ✓Manage workspace settings
Profile Information
Access from Settings → Profile tab:
- ✓Edit your full name
- ✓Change your password

Start Using SignNXT
Your account is now ready! You can start sending documents immediately during your 7-day free trial.
You'll be redirected to your dashboard where you can:

We keep your account and documents safe for 14 days after the trial ends. If you don't subscribe within this period, your account and all documents will be permanently deleted.
