After clicking the signing link in your email, you'll be taken to the signing page where you can review the document before adding your signature. Take your time to read through everything carefully.

No Rush

There's no time limit on the signing page. Take as long as you need to review the document thoroughly before signing.

Verify Your Information

Make sure the name and email shown are correct. If they're wrong, contact the sender before proceeding. When you sign, YOUR name and email will be permanently recorded on the document, so it's crucial that this information is accurate.

Progress Bar

Reading the Document Content

Before filling any fields, take time to read the document thoroughly:

What to Look For

1. Document Purpose - Understand what you're signing (contract, agreement, form, etc.)

3. Your Obligations - Know what you're agreeing to
4. Important Dates - Note any deadlines or effective dates
5. Contact Information - Know who to contact with questions
6. Signatures Required - See who else needs to sign

Read Before Signing

Never sign a document without reading it first. If you don't understand something, contact the sender for clarification before proceeding.

If your document requires sequential signing (signers must sign in order), you'll see information about other signers:

What You'll See

Other Signers' filled details - Listed in signing order. Completed Signatures - Previous signers' signatures are visible

Previous Signatures Visible

In sequential signing, you can see the signatures and filled fields from signers who completed their part before you. This provides context and transparency.

Your fields are highlighted to make them easy to find:

Visual Indicators

Required Indicator - Required fields may have an asterisk (*) or "Required" label
Hover Effect - Fields show tooltip when you hover over them as "Your field"

Mobile vs Desktop Experience

The signing page adapts to your device:

On Desktop/Laptop

Full-width display - Document takes up most of the screen
Mouse navigation - Click and type easily
Keyboard shortcuts - Tab between fields
Larger buttons - Easy to click action buttons

On Mobile/Tablet

Touch-friendly - Large tap targets
Finger drawing - Draw signatures with your finger
Auto-zoom - Fields zoom in when tapped
Vertical scrolling - Easy one-handed navigation

Best Device

While you can sign on any device, tablets offer the best balance of screen size and portability. Smartphones work great for simple documents, while desktops are ideal for complex multi-page documents.

Sometimes you'll see special status messages instead of the signing page:
