SignNXT uses seat-based pricing - you pay per user, not per document.

How It Works

1. Seats = Team Members

  • Each workspace member occupies one seat
  • Workspace Owner counts as one seat
  • Admins and Members each count as one seat

2. Automatic Seat Management

  • Invite a member → Seat reserved immediately
  • Remove a member → Seat freed immediately
  • Prorated charges for mid-cycle changes

3. Seat Limits

  • Starter: Up to 5 seats maximum
  • Professional: Unlimited seats
  • Enterprise: Custom limits
